Lessons can be booked and carried out, 8am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday, including some bank holidays.
As an experienced Driving Instructor, I offer help and guidance in a wide variety of disciplines and subject areas. Together, we’ll review new material, troubleshoot problems and take the stress out of learning. I take into account every individual's needs and tailor-make each session.
I always try to be as flexible as possible to offer the best service to all my customers, including early lessons, late lessons and also weekends.

BEGINNERS COURSE £125
Designed for new drivers
The 4 hour beginner course is tailored to those who have no previous driving experience and includes a FREE copy of the Highway Code.

The syllabus covers the basics of:
How to safely set up the car
Controls of the car
How the car works
Clutch control
Moving off
Stopping safely
MANUAL DRIVING LESSONS

For those with some experience
Once you have covered the basics, whether with a previous instructor, a family member or myself, you will cover the full driving syllabus on your driving lessons.

You'll cover how to drive in various road and traffic conditions, junctions, dual carriageways, country roads, various weather conditions and also reversing manoeuvres.

MOCK TESTS
Preparing for your driving test?
Are you thinking about sitting your practical driving test? Chris Elwick Driver Training offers learners an opportunity to see what the real test will be like by conducting 'Mock Tests', this will help you judge your readiness to sit your driving test.

PASS PLUS - ADVANCED DRIVING COURSE
£200
Designed to advance your driving abilities
Studies show that you are more likely to have an accident in your first year of driving, after passing your test.

The Pass Plus course is designed to help reduce this risk and make you a safer driver, PLUS many insurers offer discounts on your premium after completing a Pass Plus course.
​
You will cover 6 modules over a minimum of 6 hours, including motorway driving, major city driving and country roads.
